Your Core Contributions to The TeamAs UI/UX Designer, you have a proven track record in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications, with a strong emphasis on both esthetics and user experience. This role involves collaborating closely with our marketing team to enhance our marketing assets and contribute to our overall digital strategy.
Design and implement innovative UI/UX solutions for web applications, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
Conduct competitive research to identify and integrate best practices in UI/UX design.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design marketing materials and media kits, aiming to improve the overall effectiveness of our marketing assets.
Utilize Webflow (or equivalent platforms) to bring design concepts to life, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
Continuously evaluate and improve the design and functionality of our web properties based on user feedback and analytics.
About You
Knowledge, Abilities, and Qualifications
Expertise in Webflow or equivalent web design platforms.
Experience in creating marketing materials and media kits is highly desirable.
Experience with paid search campaigns, performance marketing, optimizing funnels and managing KPIs a plus.
Experience in the e-commerce industry a plus.
Understanding of HTML and CSS.
Personal Characteristics
Excellent analytical skills with a thoughtful approach to content and a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
